The beginning of Alqueria Halal are to meet demand of a consumer who does not find a high quality halal product in market. Is a startup company, installed in new facilities, adapted to HACCP systems, with Rural Quality Mark. It aims is project a modern industry based on high quality manufactured products, which try to reproduce in a controlled way the traditional production systems.The centre has a production capacity of 7.000kg per mouth.We can duplicate it easily.
We have a handmade elaboration, following the ancient
recipes from Andalusian era, which are still preserved in the
region.We believe in totally handmade production, following the
methods and traditions of the northen province of Granada.
Our product is cured in the optimum cool and dry climate of
the Sierra de la Sagra, at an altitude higher than 1000 meters
above sea level.The elaboration is done with halal meats selected, using only the best part of fresh beef, all natural, without adding any
additives, artificial coloring or preservative.

Our production center has more than 400 m2 with obrador, packaging area, cold area, kitchen area, driers,,. Our annual production is 84,000kg – 7.000kg per month, with facilities to duplicate easily.
